Where we ship

We ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping options and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product, before your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Multiple items and split shipments

Items in the same order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import fees, if any apply to your destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
