These terms govern your use of kenanidesigns.com and your purchases from Kenani Designs ("we", "us"). Our address is 863 Chipping Cir, Manotick, ON K4M 0E7, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and customization

Our products are made to order using the designs, images and text you provide. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Previews are a guide and small variations in placement and color can occur.

Your content and responsibility

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every design, image, logo and text you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. You grant us permission to reproduce your content solely to produce and deliver your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of your design, including spelling.

Content we may decline

We may refuse or cancel any order that includes content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, and will refund any amount paid for that order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

Intellectual property

The Kenani Designs name, logo, website content and templates are owned by us and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
