Do I get to see a preview before I order?
Yes. Every customized product comes with a free design preview so you can check placement and details before your order is made.
What file types and quality should I upload?
PNG or JPG files work for most products. For the sharpest print, upload a high resolution image, at least 2000 pixels on the longest side. Logos look best as PNG files with a transparent background.
How long do production and shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and delivery adds a few more days depending on your location and shipping method. Estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
